Overview
Because this is a social experiment and our goal is to get as many people to participate as possible, we do not offer returns. All sales are final. If a product is damaged, we will offer a store credit and/or a replacement.
To be eligible for a product exchange or refund, your item must be unused and in the original packaging and physical damage to the band must be present.
Refunds
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Double check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company (it may take 7-10 business days before a refund is officially processed).
- Contact your bank (there is often processing time before a refund is officially posted).
- Send us an email to info@soulbanddating.com and a member of our team will reach out to try and assist you.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Replacements
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@soulbanddating.com.
To return your product, email us and we will provide you with an address to return your item.
